A good agent amplifies a good process. An agent glued onto a bad process only turns noise into more noise, faster.

Every week our inbox gets a request for an agent. The question comes wrapped in urgency — "the competitor already has one", "the board is asking". The honest answer is not always yes. And when it is yes, it's rarely the agent they were asking for.

We deliver the AI practice with editorial restraint. Before deploying, we validate five questions — written process, accessible data, baseline KPI, operational owner, tolerable risk. If three or more fail, an agent is not the next decision. If it passes, we build an MVP in four weeks with a clear KPI. And governance enters on day 1, not as a future project.

We treat applied AI as a software house, not a lab. The agents we deliver live in production, are auditable, and respond to real operational indicators. We're developing vertical SaaS products under the same logic — we'll go public with that front when there's something worth announcing.
