The board asks "what was this agent's ROI this quarter," and the answer that comes back is usually a vanity number dressed up as a metric: conversations processed, active users, average satisfaction. None of those numbers say whether the agent actually saved money, reduced risk, or turned into a real cost-cutting line in the results.
